How do I order gelato for collection?

We offer a selection of our most popular flavours online for in-store collection, allow you to order online, select a pick-up date and grab your gelato when it suits you. Just fill your basket up on our website with your tubs and select your desired collection date + time on the cart page.

What if I miss my collection date?

Just get in contact with us to make us aware you're still intending to collect and we'll be in touch to organise a new date with you. Due to the nature of gelato and the space we have in our stores, we do stress that it's really important you only select a collection date that you know you'll be able to make as our freezer space is limited.

Are your gelato's vegan/allergen free?

We try our best to cater to all dietary requirements wherever possible but at current, only a few select flavours are available as vegan options. We're always working on expanding this range so please let us know if there's anything you'd like to see.

Our products can come into contact with various allergens in our kitchens so please speak to us directly if you're concerned about any specific ingredients or check our production pages for information regarding each flavour.

Do you offer delivery?

We sadly don't offer regular home delivery however, we do opererate home delivery options across Scotland during certain seasonal peaks. To know when we're offering this to your area, be sure to sign up to our mailing list or following us on socials.
