Description
'One of the best gelati you've made in a long time' so says my wife Lucie, and one of my favourites to make. Brown Butter is a rich gelato made by gently caramelising butter, before mixing it with dark brown sugar and our gelato custard. 500ml pot.
In our kitchen we process nuts, peanuts, eggs, gluten, sesame, soya and dairy products.
